

A 4-session fundamentals program designed to help new athletes start with confidence.

Sessions 1–3 cover:
Squat, press, and deadlift mechanics
Medicine-ball clean progressions
Basic gymnastics positions and progressions
Rowing and jump rope fundamentals
Class structure and movement standards
Session 4 includes:
Overview on basic nutrition, smooth transition into regular classes
No experience required. Designed for all fitness levels.

Join us this Memorial Day at 9:00 am, as we honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all who have served through one of CrossFit’s most meaningful workouts.
Murph is more than a challenge—it’s a tradition that brings the community together to reflect, support one another, and push through something difficult with purpose.
Athletes of all levels are welcome to join and scaling options will be available so everyone can participate.

1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
Optional: Wear a weighted vest (20/14 lb)

Our Kids Fitness Summer Camp turns training into a fun, story-driven experience where kids stay active, build confidence, and learn how to move properly.
Each day, kids complete “missions” like:
Carry parts
Build stations
Push sled “machines”
Climb “structures”
Solve workout puzzles
The week finishes with Junkyard Games Day, where teams work together through challenges that combine everything they learned.
Camp Time:12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Ages: 7 - 12
Designed for kids of all fitness levels. No experience needed. Just come ready to move, play, and have fun.
